There are so many delicious meals you can make with local foods.  One of the great things about the localvore is that it is happening everywhere.  Rather than create our own recipe database, may I suggest you search and add to the database kept up by our neighboring localvore pod in the Mad River Valley.  A little further away is the Upper Valley Localvores, but I imagine they are eating a lot of the same things we are (except they probably get some occasional Maine seafood :).

What about condiments????

You could make your own vinegar with local juice or sweetener.  I’m making apple cider vinegar to use in dressings and so I can make my own ketchup.  Info on how to make your own vinegar found at following web pages.
